White Fence Country Cafe - Puerto Princesa City, Palawan

Image
This blog entry is a long overdue one. It has been three months and I really feel like that there is a need to blog about this. The restaurant is just too blog worthy! Everything inside that place is so pretty, my kind of restaurant - really! To say that I was amazed is an understatement. Haaay. Blogging about it makes me want to go back and take more pictures! This was not the restaurant that I wanted to eat at for our last meal in Puerto Princesa; but then I saw the 'Pasta' signage and I knew that we needed to eat here. So glad that I had that last minute change of plan.   My jaw literally dropped when I entered the restaurant! It's soooo pretty! It was a good thing that there were only few people when we ate there. I had the freedom to take photos. I couldn't help it because it felt like the restaurant was made for me!  I don't think I'll ever stop saying how pretty the restaurant is. It feels very homey and everyone was friendly and accommodating.

MAC Rebel

Ever since I changed my preference from lipgloss to liptsick, I always get the matte ones. Covergirl's Heavenly Paradisque is the only non-matte lipstick that I truly love! I still have it and still use it when I'm in the mood for a pink glossy looking lipstick. But for the rest of my collection, it's all matte baby! Well, then there came this new baby love! MAC Rebel looks a wee bit too dark when you look at it, but hush hush and don't get too intimidated. It will look absolutely pretty when you wear it After years of sticking to MAC Mattes, I finally found a satin lipstick that I truly, truly adore! MAC Rebel is just so pretty on the lips. It is perfect when you're running out of time to get your make up done and you do not want to look so plain. I've been hearing (reading) about Rebel for the longest time and when I was finally able to get my hands on it, I immediately understood what the hype is all about. The purplish-pink color is perfe

Woah! Time flies so fast! It will be June in few days and you know what that means? Almost half of the year had already passed! And aside from that, it also means that my birthday is coming! I'm not really into celebrating my birthday, so no plans. HAHA. I just mentioned it because what I'm gonna blog is birthday-related.. :P Wonder what it is? Well, I received early birthday pressies from my Aunt! Good thing I stopped myself from buying make up because she sent me some. ;) I haven't tried them all yet so I can't tell you much about 'em. If you happen to try any of them already, don't forget to let me know about it on the comments section.  Clinique Mega Melon Chubby Stick Out of all the stuff that I got, this moisturizing lip color balm caught my attention and made me so giddy. This is my second one, the first that I've tried was Woppin' Watermelon. I did not finish the whole balm because I gave it away. Well, this time, I am going to make s

You gain some, you lose some.

Let's admit it, one of the reasons why a girl loses self confidence is because she doesn't like what she's seeing whenever she faces the mirror. There are so many feel good aphorisms about loving yourself no matter what, but sometimes, those just don't work.  Sometimes, what a girl see in the mirror overpowers even the most beautiful and inspiring quote there is.  If that isn't the case for you, then lucky you!  As for me, the more weight I gained, the more confidence I lost. One of the reasons why I haven't been blogging and why I haven't really going out with some of my friends is because I gained weight. I gained weight and I don't feel confident about my body anymore. I don't like my friends to see how much weight I've gained! I mean, whenever I ran out of stuff to blog, I resort to posting an #OOTD entry, but I can't do that anymore. I don't get to wear some of my favorite dresses now and I was not able to wear two-piece bikini

San San Nail Polish

I was once very obsessed with nail polish! I would change my nail color every week, sometimes more often than that. When I was still in school, college, I would hoard nail polish from The Face Shop and Elianto. There was no way that I would be able to collect nail polish from China Glaze, Orly, Sally Hansen, etc during those times because I was only getting money from my allowance. Lol. Then when I started earning, I explored other nail polish brands, the pricier ones. I know that it isn't practical to buy a nail polish worth 300php+ but I bought anyways. Then somehow, little by little, I learned stop myself from buying nail polish. I was contented with just 3 colors, 5 the most. And then one time, I had my nails cleaned and polished by someone. She used SanSan Nail polish and I was amazed because the color is so pretty! Just one coating and it was looking good already. I went to the nearest HBC store to purchase some colors to try! I bought four colors and it didn't m

It's never too late to greet everyone a Happy New Year, yeah? Soooo, HAPPY NEWY YEAR EVERYONE! I was thinking of what to post as my first entry for 2014 and I honestly couldn't think of any. And then my friend, Carlos, asked me if I want to go with him in  a photo shoot. I said yes, of course. We were asked to shoot puppies! I'm not really fond of pets, but those puppies are too cute! This one looks fresh and clean! This puppy is having his/her moment. Ssshh. :P This one looks sooooo adorable  If I remember it right, I think her name is Margaux. So pretty, right? The cute bunch! I took over 200 photos and I am so glad that the owner loved them! :) I know I still have so so soooo much to learn but I will keep on shooting. That's the way to get better at this right? Practice! ;) And here's the fatty fatty me. Lol. Why is it so difficult to say no to yummy food and so difficult to convince myself to work out. I need to get back in shape
