Happy Ramblings

To kick off Philippines' Summer 2016, we headed to Magalawa Island in Palauig, Zambales. Travel time from Manila is more or less 5 hours, depending on your stop overs if you go there by a private car. Boat ride to Magalawa was quick. I think it was between 10-15 minutes. I did my research before going to the island. And yes, I have read about the feud between the two resorts in the island, Armada and Ruiz. The person in charge for reservation first inquired at Armada but they were fully booked already.  Since I did my research, I knew that I shouldn't expect much. I was looking forward to it, but definitely, I had my expectations set! So, we arrived at Ruiz, the staff are really nice. People are really helpful and kind. As for the shoreline at resort, I was not disappointed because, like what I have said, I knew what we're going to see. It would have been really better if there were no seaweeds. One random day, me and my partner decided to drop by National Museum. It was my first time after 28 years of existence and it feels kind of bad.  We waited in line for more or less 15 minutes before we were able to be accommodated inside. They make sure that they don't have too much people inside. I was actually surprised that they don't charge entrance fee. It was nice sight that a lot of people are still visiting the National Museum.  I was really impressed how beautiful it is inside. Although some of the items inside are in need of cleaning, the whole place is really well maintained.  That's me in front of part of the Berlin Wall Stairs are sooo grand!  What I have noticed is how a lot of visitors did not seem to pay attention to the signs in front of the displays. I wanted to blog about something else but I decided to post this instead! It feels more appropriate to blog this now, because if not, I don't know I would still want to in the future.  Our company decided to throw a Kick Off Party . To be honest, I was really hesitant to go because 1) Theme is Coachella and now that I gained weight, I know the disappointment that I would be facing when trying on outfits, 2) I felt like it would be a boring one (no alcoholic drinks allowed! lol) and 3) I just didn't feel like going. I took these photos of the lipsticks months ago, but apparently, I would always end up not posting it. Here I am again, drafting an entry but unlike last time, this is not going to be a failed attempt! So let's start! Lipsticks are my favorite make up! It's the easiest to apply, the most convenient to bring and that make up that can easily give you a transformation from daytime to night time look! My make up kit which I bring to work everyday has a lot of lipsticks in it. I do not even know why I carry a lot of lipstick with me always, but that's how girls are! We bring all the make ups that we can (or is it just me?)! These are four of the liptsicks that I tend to carry with me everyday. Well, I do not change lipstick every 3 hours, but I like bringing them because I love mixing them lippies! :D

It's December and I have decided that it's time to resurrect my blog from the dead!  Ha! But yeah, seriously, I am very motivated to update my blog on a weekly basis for starter! I know I have said this a million times, but I feel like this time, I can stay committed to this! I found my drive when I saw how one of my favorite and most real bloggers have went back to blogging. And it kind of reminded me how it all used to be! So I tried thinking why I had lost my drive to blog. At first, I blamed it all on me gaining so much weight and being unable to post photos of me because I feel like I look big and ridiculous. Well, to be quite honest, I still feel so big, even bigger and most of the time I still feel ridiculous. But that is a different issue that I have but defo not the reason why I am no longer into blogging. Gosh, how do you guys keep your blogging lives so active? I suck at management. Be it with work, social, personal, online and finances, I suck big time! This place is probably one of the most raved about restaurants in Tagaytay. I think it was 3 years ago when I first rad about Marcia Adams'. I haven't been to Tuscany, but I remember watching Under The Tuscan Sun and this restaurant, even by just looking at the photos, gave me that Tuscan feelzz. lol.
