Admit it, you love munching on chips. I can't be the only one who wouldn't stop eating chips unless it's all finished up! Problem is, we know how chips aren't healthy!  Good news to chips monsters like me! You no longer have to feel guilty when you're craving and actually eating chips. The top three things that I look for in a restaurant or cafe are food quality, the price and the ambiance. If the place has good enough food, price is good and has a cozy and/or beautiful ambiance, I'll be visiting more than twice for sure! I have been eyeing Pixels Hobby Café in Valenzuela for few weeks now. We passed by the area one time and my eyes literally popped when I saw how well lit and cozy the cafe looks. I knew I needed to go there and I finally did last Tuesday.  Pixels Hobby Cafe I mean, look at this! Too bad the loft area was occupied (on a Tuesday night!) when we arrived. Would've loved to sit there. Oh well, next time. :) The have enough food selection. From rice meals, pastas, finger food, desserts, coffee, milk tea and group meals options; they have it all! Whenever I pass by the mall's beauty section, I couldn't help but swatch lipsticks. While I was on my usual swatch fest, I noticed that Detail Make Over's Matte In Lipsticks were on sale. Buy 1 Take 1 for P225. Who was I to say no to that?  The packaging looks pretty slick.  I decided to get Fhaye and Rhea. The beauty assistant was wearing Fhaye and it looked good on her!  When I swatched it at the mall, I waited for it to set and then I tried smudging it. When it did not smudge, I decided to give it a go. The color payoff is impressive, it's on sale and it didn't smudge! So this is how Detail Matte In Fhaye looks like; one application. As you can see, color pay off is impressive. It's pretty pigmented. It isn't tacky and felt lightweight. I decided to put on another layer and it was not a good idea! There are trips when I wouldn't mind sleeping on a basic bed and facilities, but here are also those times when I want a really good bed and soft sheets. On my last trip to Boracay, we stayed in a basic accommodation for the first 2 nights and for the last night, we stayed in a fancier place -- Hennan Prime. Hennan Prime is located at Station 1 in Boracay. We stayed in one of the Deluxe Rooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed configuration. My favorite parts of staying in a hotel are the beds and the breakfast buffets! For the bed part, they got my approval. We checked in at Hennan Prime after out island hopping and snorkeling activities. I was so tired so you can just imagine how happy I was to feel the fresh sheets and soft mattress.  I love hotel robes! Makes me feel fancy, comfy and cozy! :D  I love how spacious the toilet and bathroom is!  What I also love is how good the hair blower in the hotel is! I love L'Oreal's Infallable Make Up Line, so even if I am no longer into glossy lippies, I decided to buy and try one the Pro Matte Glosses that the brand has. There was no change of heart, I am still and I think forever will be a matte lipstick kind of girl! L'Oreal Matte Gloss. More than my love for he Infallable line, what drew me to this product and what made me really curious is the name. I mean, how can a gloss lipstick be matte? My original plan was just to swatch it when I happen to drop by a beauty store, but when I did, the beauty consultant said it was on sale, P100.00 ($2.50) off so am I to say no, right? It retails for P400.00, got it for P300.00    Since most of the brands were on sale on that specific weekend, there were only three shades available. I wanted to end our 4 day trip to Thailand on a high note so I scheduled Ayutthaya on our last day. I love ruins, temples and old vibes so it was perfect! How to Get to Ayutthaya: Here's where we lined up to get to Ayutthaya 1. From our Airbnb, we just rode BTS to Victory Monument 2. We took the exit 4. 3. Look / ask around where the vans to Ayutthaya are. The travel time is approx. 1.5-2 hours depending on traffic condition. I suggest you leave early especially if you are only going to be there for day tour. Our van ride was comfortable, since I woke u early, I slept through the whole trip. We had one stop over at a gasoline station.  When we reached Ayutthaya, we were welcomed by people who were pitching tour package of the place. We spoke to this girl who offered us 6 hour tour. We were given the option to choose between an air conditioned car or Tuktuk to take us around. Of course we chose the latter for a more authentic Thai experience.  Ayuttha
